*Players and parents are encouraged to contact the coaching staff throughout the season for questions and/or advice for their son or daughter. This feedback can be conducted by phone, email or in-person meeting - whichever the player and/or parent prefers.

Skaters: $1,950 / Goalies: $1,450

Option 1: pay in full by 10/7/2024

Option 2: initial deposit (skaters: $1,000 / goalies: $750) by 10/7/2024. A second payment for the remaining balance (skaters: $950 / goalies: $700) will be automatically charged to your original payment method on 1/2/2025.

If my son or daughter can’t attend a large number of the sessions do I still need to pay the full amount to signup?Yes. We cannot pro-rate any of the sessions. However, if you signup you can ask a player who is not a full-time participant to fill your players spot on one or multiple occasions.

What happens if one or both coaches cannot attend or has to cancel a session?If one or both coaches cannot make a session due to various reasons, we will hire a qualified coach and/or coaches to fill in. If we are unable to find replacement coaches we will re-schedule the lesson at a later date.

What will happen if a majority of the group has a scheduling conflict such as a tournament?We understand that a large number of players may have scheduling conflicts due to various reasons. If the large majority of a group cannot attend a session we will cancel the session and reschedule it for a later date.

Can players who are not signed up for the camp attend a session?Yes, they can but they need to be replacing a player that is already signed up. If a player is not filling in for another player they cannot attend.

What do I do if my son or daughter has to miss a session?If your player is a skater and cannot attend a session you do not need to inform the coaching staff. However, if your player is a goalie we ask that you inform us as soon as possible so we can find another goalie to fill in.
